I recently had the pleasure of staying at Madisson Boutique Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. So much, I had to return --- during a month of work in Cartagena, I stayed here three times! The staff's attentiveness and kindness were beyond compare. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. Throughout my stay, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, anticipating my needs even before I had to ask. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to my room, everything was immaculate. Finally, the hotel's facilities were excellent --- you could find peace and comfort at the pool or sitting in the lobby. Overall, my stay at Madisson was nothing short of exceptional. Both the hotel and the staff left a lasting impression on me, and I can't wait to return again!

The property exceeded my expectations. For starters the staff were extremely helpful! Andreas was the travel guide that located in the lobby of the hotel. He was great! He helped us plan activities and also gave us recommendations on where to go for the best restaurants he is a gem! The Madisson hotel is lucky to have him on their team! Everything from the staff to the rooms and the breakfast were amazing. The pool and decor were a focal point for us! The location was also perfect. The hotel is located in the city but closer enough to walk to near by beaches and restaurants.

the property is exactly as the pictures , well taken care of , it was always clean the rooms were cleaned everyday and supplies replenished daily . staff was very helpful . jimmy was a great help he helped me find very nice spots to eat and see the best things Cartagena had to offer . the pool was always clean , towels were offered nice mirrors excellent property breakfast was served every morning

I got the master suite and it was just BEYOND. Huge room with dining table, perfect work station, huge and comfy bed. Loved it! The staff is super nice, polite, and helpful. The pool is quite small, but super charming. The location is also very nice because you have tons of restaurants and bars to chose from at a walking distance. Overall, loved it, would come back for sure.

The hotel also offers day trips and other activities. Andres at the concierge provides good recommendations. Overall, great stay!
